At Sephora, I currently Art Direct a multitude of photos for our social channels. Each week we kick of a slew of images, where there is 1 goal, sell product. Each shot has a set assortment based on one thing or another (spf, fragrance, brand specific, etc.), and every shot gets its own art direction based on a variety of things such as: product requirements, goop, activation, color schemes, brand restrictions, etc.
Not only do I Art Direct, but have created Monthly Themes, for consistency. I’ve streamlined processes to be more efficient, and have cultivated great working relationships with our cross-functional partners.
Not only do we have 20M followers, my photos have had several re-posts, and even JLo herself has endorsed some of my photos!
