For the first 3 years at Benefit, I was an integral part of the Benefit Catalog team. I began with production (flowing in 27! different languages per our markets), and progressed to be involved in the ideation and creative process. We work with outside agencies to create the catalog design, and once approved, I manage and oversee the catalog production. This includes, but isn’t limited to proofing all translated versions of the catalog before press and international distribution, pre press, press checks, strategizing most efficient production alts per market, amongst many other dutys.
